WHAT WE DO
Simon and Francesca Hood own and run a small family company which designs and builds new houses and renovates and restores old properties in the Cotswolds. They have been designing and building homes in the Cotswolds for 30 years, and are renowned for creating houses which sit comfortably in their surroundings and look as if they have always been there.
PROJECTS
Simon Hood projects are numerous and eclectic, ranging from farmhouses to barns and Georgian style manor houses to cottages. Each project is unique and reflects the quality of their workmanship and achieves the desired result of creating the perfect home.
INTERIORS
Francesca, through her company Francesca Hood Interiors, designs the interior architecture of Simon Hood houses and also undertakes commissions for private clients in the Cotswolds, London and abroad. When working on Simon Hood speculative developments she will apply her own design style, but when working with you as a client she will adapt to your style and deliver the home you desire.
