What we do
We both design and build new houses and renovate and restore historic properties in the Cotswolds.
Design and Build
After finding a site or using your existing plot, we will work with you to establish your dream. We will then design your home and obtain or alter planning permissions using architects and other professionals where necessary.
We work closely with you throughout the process, with ‘open book’ accounting, enabling financial transparency and trust.
Renovation and Restoration
When starting with an existing property, we sympathetically restore, renovate and where required we extend it to create a home which accommodates your way of living.
We place emphasis on retaining the character and features of the original building while updating the property to work for the way we live today.
Interior Design
The most important objective in designing the interiors of a home is to reflect the style and personality of the person who is going to live there. To this end, we work very closely with you to interpret your design wishes and create a home which is individual to you.
Each project is unique and reflects the quality of their workmanship and achieves the desired result of creating the perfect home.
