He specialises in using local materials and craftsmen, fusing this with modern technology and ideas. Francesca, formerly a barrister, merchant banker and charity CEO, set up Francesca Hood Interiors in 2000. She works with Simon in the design and planning of the houses that they create. She also takes on interior design commissions for independent clients in the Cotswolds, London and abroad. She is known for cleverly interpreting her client’s design style and blending them with her own ideas.
